Service Description
A 75 minute session which includes an introduction to paddle boarding, a short paddle, and some guided yoga on the boards. Taking in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through the water beneath us and the sky above. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water! I am Red Cross certified lifeguard, Paddle Fit/SUP certified and has been teaching SUP for 7 years. *If the participant is under 13 and 80lbs, you must provide a life jacket to paddle. **Participants with their own board get $5 off SUPYOGA05 for SUP Yoga Classes. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Whole Body Wellness and Yoga, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: Reservations All classes, workshops, and sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class, workshop, or session to receive a full refund or to reschedule. No refund will be offered if cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled class. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued, and the session cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled class is not permitted and will be treated as a late cancellation. Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your class or session. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refund will be provided. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an emergency that affects your ability to attend your scheduled class or session. Inclement Weather Policy for Paddle Board Yoga Classes At Whole Body Wellness and Yoga, the safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. In the event of inclement weather, we have established the following policy for our Paddle Board Yoga classes: Weather Assessment We closely monitor weather conditions leading up to the scheduled class. If inclement weather is anticipated, we will make a decision regarding the class by early morning on the day of the class. Notification In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, Melinda will contact all participants via email by the morning of the scheduled class. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive timely notifications. Credits and Rescheduling If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, participants will be offered a credit to use for any future class or service offered by Whole Body Wellness and Yoga. The credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of the originally scheduled class.
