Service Description

Join us on the mat for a 90 min flow class and Sound Bath. The first 60 minutes will include grounding, breathing and movement in all directions. This class is open to any level of experience and the last 30 minutes will be an opportunity to settle in a comfortable position and enjoy the healing benefits of a sound bath.
