Service Description
Chair Yoga is a variation that comes from traditional yoga poses (asanas). Having a chair allows individuals who have a hard time getting up and down off the floor to still gain the benefits from the movement, breath and meditation practice. This class will have options to be seated, and standing using the chair for support and balance. Chairs, mats, blocks and straps will be available for use. This class is taught in person and can attended on line. When booking the class the confirmation email will include a link that can be used.
