Happy New Year from Whole Body Wellness and Yoga!
In this uncertain time, the one thing I know is that I need time on my mat to make sense of what is happening around me. The time on my mat is for reflection, downgrading my emotions and feelings and to be present in the moment.
If this sounds like an experience that you are craving then come and try a class in my studio. The atmosphere I have tried to create is one of openness to all who wish to have a place to explore, play, enjoy, feel grounded, supported, and a little bit lighter in spirit when then leave! You can mask with no judgement if that works for you and if you are vaccinated you can choose to unmask. I have the classes set at 8 participants to give everyone space to feel safe in the studio. If you are new to the practice and just not sure where to begin, please reach out to me and let's talk about your intentions and I will offer my suggestions for a place to begin.

Sunday 10:00 am a 75 min Slow Flow with Sound Bath* (first Sunday of every month)
Tuesday's 9:30 am Flow class
Thursday's 9:30 am Flow class
Thursday's 7:00 pm Gentle Flow
* The first Sunday of every month will be a collaboration between myself and Dora Flores-Smith. She is a very talented teacher who is also a massage therapist.
