The Holidays and How to Fit Your Yoga Practice into Your Day!

As the holidays approach, we get overwhelmed with things to accomplish before parties and family time! It is during this period of time that we can forget to keep the daily practices that offer us the opportunity to stay in the present. If you tend to give up your workout and notice this happening, taking a few minutes a few times a day to sit, breathe, and find stillness can help your mind and body relax. If this isn't enough, join the community of yogis who are seeking harmony in their lives!



Holiday Yoga Schedule:

Tuesday 12/21 9:30 am Vinyasa Flow


Thursday 12/23 7:00 pm Yang/Yin


Sunday 12/26 9:30 am Vinyasa Flow


*Yang/Yin class starts with a gentle and slow flow adding Yin, restorative poses, and a supportive savasana. There is nothing better than this class to calm the nervous system and ease into the evening.


All Classes have 8 spots and can be reserved at any time before class. If you have to cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance.


Take advantage of the Class Passes before the end of the year! Prices will be increasing in January.


The New Year will bring new classes, workshops, and teachers. See the schedule for more information. I will keep you posted with additional details as they become available.
