My goal at Whole Body Wellness and Yoga is to provide you the best quality yoga classes in a friendly and warm environment. I understand that everyone is at a different stage in their yoga journey, and you bring your wisdom with you!
SUMMER YOGA SCHEDULE
Classes offered in the studio are structured in a Vinyasa style. This simply translates into linking breath to movement. Support and guidance is offered to students in a gentle and inclusive way.

I am an innovative and energetic 500 ERYT-Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist in Training, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Health Coach . I teach in both class settings and enjoy working with clients one on one for a more personalized experience.
I have experience teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga for Sports Performance, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Restorative, and Paddle Board Yoga and Fitness.
In order to guide students safely through each session, I make use of modifications, adjustments, breathing, and alignment.
