Dressing, Dips and Sauces

This is a great sauce to add to the roasted eggplant recipe. It is a variation on a tradition sauce that you would find in the Middle East. You could also add this on the side of roasted veggies or even to finish off your grilled meat of choice! Enjoy

Roasted Garlic Pumpkin Hummus- Whole 30

I love this recipe- It has the same texture as real hummus and I put it on everything. I have made this once and will add a few things the next time. I left the recipe the way Savory Lotus explained but here are a list of things I think will add depth to this dip.

1. I would add roasted pepers. I love Trader Joes mixed color pepers in water. I will add 3/4 cup and watch the texture.

2. I would add pepper- black or cayenne peper. start with 1/4 teaspon

3. sprinkle sesame seeds on top

4. Increase the cumin to a full teaspoon. I didn't taste it all and I love Cumin.

Serve with veggie and you have a good time. I would love for you to test it out on someone who loves hummus with out telling them what it is and see what their reaction is!!!

Guacamole Dip

I love Guacamole! I make this all the time and get lots of compliments. I make changes to this based on who will be enjoying the dip. Download the recipe and print for your next party.

Spicy Macadamia Butter

I found this recipe while on a trip to Des Moines, Iowa. We were having breakfast in a diner and they had some cook books in the waiting area! It looked so good I snapped a picture from the book! If you like a little spice to liven things up, try this on a piece of fruit or home- made grain free bread!

Basil Salad Dressing

This is one of the easiest and best tasting recipes for dressing. It comes from one of my favorite Paleo Bloggers, Elana's Pantry. I have made a ton of her creations and have loved them all.
