Easy Cauliflower Coconut Bisque

Fall is the season when the air gets crisp and I start to crave  warmer foods.  I have made this recipe so many times and I add something different.  Since I first started making this, I have been adding sauteed red onion on top with the turkey bacon. This recipe is so yummy and Whole30 compliant.

Egg Drop Soup- When you feel under the weather

When you are feeling under the weather and need something warm in the belly. This recipe is so yummy and Whole30 compliant

Whole 30 Oriental Slaw Salad

This is my favorite salad for the warmer months. There is an endless amount of ways to create something different in this receipes. You can get creative with different nuts, oils, lemon, lime, grapfruit or orange as the citrus fruit. Herbs  and seasonings can be changed as well. Knowing all that I am going to give you the version I make the most and you can have fun on your own. Make sure to post pictures and variations on my Facebook Page.

The Ultimate Pizza Crust aka Grain-Free Flat Bread

This is a staple in my grain free diet. It will satisfy a hankering for bread and it is versatile. You can design it for more breakfast/dessert style or savory for pizza crust or just a side.  You can add sweetener like raw local honey or brown coconut sugar both have many benefits.

This receipe is very easy. Make sure when you buy pumpkin, you look for brands that are in containers that are BPA free and organic. To make this dairy free use coconut cream. To make it vegetarian substitute veggie stock for the chicken stock. I also add either pumpkin spice or just nutmeg to spice it up .
