This is a basic recipe of a juice that you can make in a juicer or a high powered blender. It is very green and very low sugar. This is a great way to start your day- detoxing with the parsley and lemon and lots of phytonutrients in the dark leafy greens. If you don't like either the spinach or kale add something different or mix it up like collard greens, radish leaves or even dandelion greens. The variations are endless.
