What is the Find and Feel Freedom in your Body Experience?

 

The experience is designed to help you break free from the inner struggles and frustrations you have and open up to re-examine your relationship with food and your body.

  • To break the Chains of the Food Struggle
     

  • To uncover Destructive Behavioral Pattern that Sabotage your Growth
     

  • To Feel Empowered Around Food
     

  • To Experience Freedom in your Body and Spirit

 

There will be sessions with movement, meditation, writing exercises and group sharing.  There is no prior movement experience necessary and what you share is up to you. I teach movement classes with a sense of discovery and awe.  I designed this program to help you let your guard down and give yourself permission to look at food and your body from a different perspective! You might discover that you're much closer to success than you think!

 

The  6  group sessions will be in an intimate space, where we will meet for 90 minutes. We will have an additional session at Whole Foods Grocery Store for a food tour, with time for questions & answers and lots of tasting!
