Service Description

This class is designed to support optimal back health and pain relief through a blend of gentle stretching, mindful strengthening, and precise alignment. We'll explore a series of yoga postures aimed at creating space in your spine, releasing tension in your neck, upper, and lower back. A key feature of this class is the use of the Great Yoga Wall, a unique system inspired by the Iyengar Yoga Wall, but with a therapeutic focus. The wall's traction capabilities allow us to safely decompress the spine, providing a sense of weightlessness and deep release that can't be replicated on a mat alone. This is a slower-paced, mindful class suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. It's a wonderful practice for those new to yoga, individuals seeking a dedicated back-care routine, and anyone recovering from an injury. Athletes will also find it beneficial for enhancing mobility and preventing future issues.
