No Bake Pumpkin Tarts

These are amazing little desserts for your Thanksgiving table this year! They can be made in steps and can be made the day before and stored in the refrigerator.  These are not Whole30 Compliant because they have maple syrup in the crust to use as the binder and sweetener. One option for total compliance is to make just the filling and add to small glasses for it to set. 

Nutty Seedy Truffles

I love energy balls but sometimes they are made with a lot of sugar. This recipe is full of flavor and has no added sugar. If coconut flour is not for you trade it for another nut flour/meal  of your choice. This is Whole30 Approved! Enjoy

Whipped Berry Dessert- Whole30

If you are someone that is doing the Whole 30 Program for health reason and miss your dairy desserts. You have to give this a try. There are a lot of different combinations for this recipe, just be careful that you don't pick the sugary fruits. Also don't forget to open avocado, scoop out on to plastic wrap and freeze. The texture is so creamy and you will be amazed how this treat satisfies your dessert cravings.

No Bake Energy Bites

I have made this a few times and what keeps me from making it more is that I want to eat them all! You can make these Paleo  or not by eliminating the Oats and to use Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips!
