WHAT IS THE WHOLE30?
A comprehensive nutrition program designed to help you become your healthiest you! I believe that a healthy lifestyle should be centered around eating real food.
Whole30 encourages you to eat high quality meat, seafood and eggs, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, and healthy sources of dietary fats – it’s that simple.
Just eat good food, put your meals together in a way that is simple, balanced and (most importantly) sustainable. When you do, you will experience all of the tangible benefits that come from a nutritional plan designed to help you create a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, calm systemic inflammation and put an end to unhealthy cravings, habits, and relationships with food.

I will share a systematic way to evaluate the effect of food on your body, options available, and ultimately help you make the best choices for you!
THE WHOLE30 NUTRITION PROGRAM:
The group will meet 4 times at Contoured Med Spa over 45 days to complete the program
Each participant will receive access to the rules, guidelines, shopping lists and recipes to walk you through Whole30’s Program
Access to a closed and private Facebook group for sharing recipes, strategies, asking questions and celebrating success
A shopping tour at Whole Foods: including how to read labels, identify what foods are important to buy organic, eating in season and why and how to shop for spices
Guidance on how to overcome cravings, how to eat out and how to sustain a healthy lifestyle

I offer this program in a group setting of at least 4 but no more than 12. I keep it small so that there is real interaction with each client.
In the years that I have lead clients through this program, I have found that a group setting is the most successful. It creates community, accountability and leads to amazing transformations.
